Bike rental 'De Boshalte'

Bike rental 'De Boshalte' is situated opposite De Boswinkel. They rent all kinds of bikes, like city bikes, tandems and even so-called 'elliptigo’s'. An elliptigo is a sort of mix between a bike and a cross trainer.

The marked cycle tour of 14 km takes you through beautiful natural areas and along the most entertaining attractions. Ride to the breath-taking Bloesempark (Flower blossom Park) and tranquil Vogeleiland (Bird Island) and see if you can spot the Scottish Highlanders along the way. The route starts and ends at De Boswinkel.

Terrace 'De Boshalte'

'De Boshalte' is the name of the Bike rental in the Amsterdamse Bos. Catch your breath on the terrace with a warm cup of Earth coffee, or their famous 'bosti' (toasted sandwich) after your bike ride. You can also host a small party here, or play a game of chess.

Opening hours

From 1 April Bike rental 'De Boshalte' is open daily from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. Until 1 April it's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Accessibility

Bike rental 'De Boshalte' is situated opposite De Boswinkel and can be reached by public transport (buses 170, 172 of 174 from Amsterdam Central Station). Or you can park your car at the parking lot next to the Bike rental.
